Vintage USA pottery green footed bowl

Very unique deep green bowl /planter?. Unique glaze. I initially thought though it had mineral build up on the outside but I couldn't feel it like I did one the inside part of the bowl where there is mineral build up from use. Another interesting note; the mark is not on the bottom it is under the top part of bowl and it is marked as 284 USA. It has a haeger look to it but I do not know who the maker is. I did notice wear and a flaws from use, the major as shown and pointed out withy ruler in pictures, the major flaw is it has been re affixed in one corner, I did not notice this until I really 'felt' it. nevertheless, beautiful piece with unique features and glaze. I am very open to offers and bundles to save on shipping.
